Recording

NCRW is capable of 16 simultaneous tracks of recording with the ability to record on location or at our studio. We can also mix your project whether tracked elsewhere or with us. We can give your songs the professional sound that only an experienced musician and engineer can offer. 

We have an assortment of quality microphones, software plug-ins and impulse responses at our disposal, as well as serious computing power via Apple Mac M4 Pro processing. We also have an assortment of modern and vintage guitar amplifiers, speaker cabinets and effects pedals available to sculpt your ultimate tones!

Re-Amping

Reamping is a studio recording technique where a previously recorded, clean direct (DI) audio track—typically from a guitar or bass—is played back through an amplifier, effects pedals, or other outboard gear, and then re-recorded using a microphone and/or a load box and impulse responses. This allows the ULTIMATE flexibility after tracking to craft your tones even after you have completed your performances. With our selection of amplifiers (Marshall, Vox, Friedman, Ampeg, Sound City and more), high quality digital amp emulation (including Two Notes Genome, Waves GTR) and assortment of live speaker cabinets and digital impulse responses, the possibilities are nearly endless. More importantly, re-amping allows you to take your performance and hone in on getting it to sit perfectly within your artistic vision. 

Record Label Services & Project Management

It’s one thing to write songs and make a killer recording. It’s another thing to get it pressed to vinyl, CD and onto streaming platforms. These are essential revenue streams for any original artist, but it can be hard to know where to start! That’s where we come in. We can manage the manufacturing process of your vinyl, CD’s and cassettes and make sure you have all the assets you need to produce physical copies of your work. We can also help you get onto all the relevant streaming platforms and help you launch your release. And because we’re not a record label having you sign away your rights, you will maintain ownership of your music. 

Guitar Instruction

Take guitar lessons from a professional recording and touring musician! Whether you just got your first guitar or you’re looking to expand your existing skill set, we’ve got you covered. Lessons are conducted on-site at our studio in Massena, NY as well as remotely worldwide. We offer flexible scheduling, reasonable rates and passion for teaching & music. Live Sound

If you have a live event featuring music or a business presentation, we can provide mixing as well as the equipment (rental fees may apply). We are equipped with a 2000-watt powered mixer with 9 mic inputs and onboard effects, which connect to two 2x15 speakers. Loud and clean enough for many applications.
